There is no edit and no delete in the code that reaches this table, and reads are written as well as writes — printing a postcard leaves a line, and so did opening this page.
One POC honesty: a trail write that fails is logged and the operator’s work still lands. A validated system must fail the whole transaction instead. Stated plainly rather than discovered.
